I am a qualified, registered Hypnotherapist and Hypnobirthing teacher and I am a member of The National Hypnotherapy Society. I grew up in East Africa and moved to the UK with my family in 2016. I had always enjoyed listening to people and decided to retrain in Hypnotherapy. Being able to make an impact and work with people to make positive changes in their lives, helping them to move forward and overcome any challenges they are facing, is an incredibly rewarding profession.

Living in such a fast-paced world people rarely consider time for themselves to be a priority, or even an option. We are all too busy trying to a keep up with work, families and friends, so much so, that it is a pleasure to be able to offer a sanctuary where people can go to make positive changes to help them live a more fulfilling life.

​Being a Hypnobirthing teacher, I am privileged to offer women the chance to experience a positive birth, empowering them with the knowledge, tools and understanding that they need to prepare them for the birth of their baby, no matter what type of birth they are having. I also offer Natal Hypnotherapy, Pregnancy relaxation classes and work with infertility.

​I am situated in the beautiful, serene, leafy suburb of Newbattle Abbey Crescent and provide a cosy, homely environment that offers clients a sanctuary of peace, calm and relaxation. I look forward to supporting all my clients to create changes that will help them overcome their own personal hurdles and achieve a more relaxed and happier life.
