Amani is the Swahili word for Peace and at Amani Counselling & Hypnotherapy I offer a peaceful, supportive environment to help you through your journey towards change. I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and use a pluralistic approach, employing a variety of modalities to help support you on your journey. I offer both face to face and online counselling sessions and together in a safe, non-judgemental environment, we can explore what is happening in your life and the potential obstacles it is creating. I also offer Hypnotherapy sessions; using guided relaxations, I work with you to make positive adjustments in your life which help you to discover a healthier, happier self, whilst establishing long-lasting and effective changes. No matter what issues you are facing, counselling and hypnotherapy are extremely effective ways, to help you to move forward from negative conscious or subconscious blocks that are holding you back.
I am able to support people who are experiencing low self esteem, anxiety, bereavement, grief and loss, relationship issues and much more.Through the use of practical, modern, and well-researched strategies I work with people to make significant, positive changes in their lives.
