Counselling sessions – £55
I am a trauma informed practitioner who uses a combination of Psychotherapy and Counselling skills to support my clients on their journey. I work in a holistic way, exploring each individual as a whole and recognising their unique life experiences and how these impacted them in both the past and the present and help them to recognise the potential effects on their future.
Counselling is often perceived as something people should do when they feel that they can no longer cope, in reality it is a wonderful expression of self care that demonstrates to you the importance of maintaining your mental well being. Through finding space to talk about things that are concerning you, you are able to work towards a clearer understanding of the situation and indeed yourself. If you feel that things are getting you down, speaking to a counsellor can help you process what is going on for you. Using an integrative approach, I work with grief and loss, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, low self esteem and much more .

Emotional freedom technique (EFT) – £ 55
Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is a treatment that is extremely effective when working with for emotional distress and physical pain. It’s also often more commonly known as Tapping.
EFT is a wonderful way to restore your energy system and has proven extremely effective in reducing and even eliminating many forms of emotional distress including anxiety, fears and phobias as well as helping to manage general emotional feelings.
Restoring this energy balance can very often relieve symptoms a negative experience or emotion may have caused. EFT can be used as a stand alone technique or can combined with counselling or hypnotherapy. As EFT helps to reduce the emotional responses to situations, this allows each individual to work from a point of less distress.
